Independent Certifier under NZS 3910:2023

Under NZS 3910:2023 the Independent Certifier makes the decisions that matter most to cash flow and time: payment certificates, extensions of time, variations and completion. The role must be fair and impartial between principal and contractor. Having worked on both sides of the table for 20 years, we give decisions that are balanced, well reasoned and on time.
